About Sabriyogadanza
Embodied movement and mindful presence.
With a degree in Contemporary Dance from the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in the UK and over 15 years of experience as a professional dancer, movement has become my way of inhabiting the world.
I am a Dance teacher, Biodanza facilitator, and certified Yoga instructor (YTTC 200h, 500h, and 500h Therapeutic Yoga). In my classes, I integrate these disciplines as powerful paths toward self-discovery, healing, and physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
For me, dance and yoga are inseparable—two sacred languages of the soul that accompany, guide, and ground me. They allow me to explore the deepest corners of the self and reconnect with what truly matters: breath, presence, the living body, and inner truth.
Through movement—whether in a sequence of conscious asanas or in a moment of free, intuitive dance—we experience liberation, vitality, balance, and wholeness.
With Biodanza and Yoga, we learn to dissolve limiting patterns, return to our human essence, and open to the spiritual dimension of life.
I am currently specializing in Muscle Chains and Emotions with the Spanish Association of Therapeutic Yoga, deepening my understanding of the connection between body structure, emotional memory, and somatic intelligence.
I am part of the teaching faculty of the international Shiatsu & Yoga Academy Europe, and together with Andrea Clotet, I co-founded the Yoga Peñíscolasana Association, a local initiative to promote yoga as a tool for health, awareness, and community.
I am also the co-founder of Ananda Aurum, a retreat project born from the desire to create spaces for stillness, conscious luxury, and personal transformation—where movement, presence, and inner listening come together in deep reconnection.
Yoga has transformed my life.
Dance continues to be my calling.
Together, they represent a way of living, an ethic, and an endless path of learning, growth, and devotion.
I feel deeply grateful to share this journey with all those who resonate with it.
Services
group yoga session
If you want to practice introspectively but within a shared experience in an inspiring environment, this is the best choice.
My group session is a fluid and creative practice—energizing yet relaxing at the same time. We practice Vinyasa Yoga, exploring the impermanence of life through continuous movement in coordination with the breath.
Group Energy: In a group Vinyasa Yoga practice, the shared energy helps maintain rhythm and deepen each posture, enriching the individual experience.
Community and Support: Practicing in a group creates a sense of community that inspires and motivates, while also fostering commitment and consistency.
Diversity of Levels and Styles: Group classes allow exploration of variations within the Vinyasa style, adapting flow and intensity for all levels—from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Personal Growth: Practicing in a group also teaches each student to focus on their own process, promoting humility, acceptance, and mutual respect.

private yoga session
Personalized Attention: An individual session allows each posture and sequence to be tailored to the student’s needs, goals, and skill level. This is ideal for those looking to advance in specific areas or requiring special modifications.
Improvement in Technique: With personalized attention, the student can focus on perfecting alignment and posture, which reduces the risk of injury and enables faster, more effective progress.
Adaptation to Specific Conditions: For people with injuries, physical limitations, or health conditions, an individual yoga practice allows adaptations that are not always possible in group classes.
Focus on Personal Goals: Whether the goal is to increase flexibility, strengthen the body, or work on breathing and meditation techniques, the practice can be adjusted to precisely achieve these objectives.
Greater Mind-Body Connection: By working one-on-one, the student can deepen their self-awareness practice, resulting in a more meaningful and transformative experience.

Biodanza
Biodanza invites us to self-knowledge and personal development through integrated body movement and mindfulness tools, Gestalt therapy and coaching among others.
Help us to "realize" and thus be able to better manage emotions and changes to live more fully in harmony. The way we move and relate to others reflects our beliefs and can enhance or prevent us from reaching our objectives. In Biodanza through group dance we develop: Vitality (more energy for action) Creativity (finding our authenticity) Affectivity (valuing and loving ourselves) Masculine / feminine qualities, Transcendence (connection with our spirituality) Consciousness (realization, here and now)
Biodanza, the dance of life, makes the unconscious conscious in a playful and fun way, improving all areas of life: health, intimate relationships, family, work, money and self-development.

Contemporary dance and improvisation
Immerse yourself in a state of presence, grace and fullness through the exploration of different contemporary dance techniques. improvisation through a wide imaginary, we will learn to get out and enter the ground in a fluid and safe way, we will use gravity and our own weight to let go and move freely creating moving spirals, we will work alone, we will choreograph in a group and we will discover which involves dancing in pairs. All this and much more while we will have fun developing strength, flexibility, coordination, memory and creativity together in a share experience.

Sabrina Ribes Bonet
There is a place we can always return to.
It’s not outside, nor in what we do.
It lives within.
In the breath that deepens, in the body that listens, in the silence that embraces.
That place is you.
In a world that demands so much, returning to the body is an act of love.
Listening without judgment. Feeling without hurry.
Because the body does not lie. And when it moves with truth, it reminds us who we are.
My wish is to create spaces where you can let go, feel, and remember.
Where movement becomes medicine,
yoga a guide,
and the present, a home.
Thank you for being here.
If something inside you senses it, if you feel the call to return to yourself,
I wait for you with an open heart.
The journey begins within.
